LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to service for first-time clients in order to relax and complete a client intake profile as needed.

We will make every effort to accommodate appointments that are “late” (10-15 minutes late); however sometimes it is necessary to reschedule your appointment and/or shorten your appointment time. We ask for and thank you for your understanding if this does occur.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

While certainly emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, we otherwise respectfully request 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment; If a 24 hour notice is not given we will charge $100 . A rescheduling option is always available.

 

 

CELL PHONES

Relaxation of all our guest (and you also!) is paramount; therefore, we request a silence of cell phones while receiving services.
